Ayurvedic Self-Sequencing

Ayurvedic Self-Sequencing: What to Practice When You’re Wired, Fried, or Stuck This workshop explores how Ayurveda can help you choose a yoga practice that actually matches how you feel. Instead of forcing the same sequence every day, we’ll work with three common states: wired (anxious or overstimulated), fried (burnt out or depleted), and stuck (heavy, slow, or unmotivated). Using simple Ayurvedic principles, you’ll learn how to respond to each state with intentional movement, breath, and small supportive rituals—so your practice better supports your nervous system, sleep, and digestion. You’ll leave with: • A clear way to recognize your current state • A simple Ayurvedic lens for understanding it • A short menu of poses and practice qualities for each pattern • At least one personalized practice you can return to when you feel off-center Open to all students, with added depth for teacher trainees
